Valdric and Rowdykatie are getting married and having a tournament to celebrate!

Schedule:

9:00 – 9:30 Registration
10:00 – 12:00 Round 1
12:00 – 1:00 Lunch (Provided)
1:00 – 3:00 Round 2
3:30 – 5:30 Round 3
6:00 – 8:00 Round 4
8:30 Awards

Things to Bring:

Your Painted Team 2 copies of your team’s roster Blood Bowl Board, dugouts, and templates – if you have them. Copy of the LRB 6.0/C.R.P. (Available to download from this link: Competition Rules Pack).

The three new races (Chaos Pact, Slann, and Underworld) are allowed, and encouraged!

Tournament Rules:

4 Games of Swiss Pairing Rosters are 1,100,000. You must have at least 11 players on your roster. You may add up to

one advancement to each roster player on your team. The value of these is per the CRP (20k for normal skills and 30k for doubles. NO STAT INCREASES are allowed. The value of your skills is added to the value of your team that must be 1.1M in value. No player may have more than one purchased skill. No one skill can be used more than twice on your team (so you can only give up to 2 players Block and up to 2 players Guard for example). This will be the team you use for all 5 games.Weather will be rolled by each table. In the spirit of love, apothecaries automatically work. Put the player in the reserve box. Tournament will be a resurrection style tournament. So any injuries your team suffers will not carry over to the next game, and any SPPs earned will also be erased. Final rankings will be based on total tournament points

In the spirit of good sportsmanship, Illegal Procedures will not be called. Don’t act like a jerk.

Scoring:

Tournament points Win = 60 pts Tie = 30 pts Loss = 10 pts

Bonuses

For the sake of bonuses, CAS will only count if caused by a block. Feel free to foul to your heart’s content, we just won’t reward you for it

Kept it close = (lost by 1) 2pts Caused 1 more CAS then the opponent +2 pts Caused 2 more CAS then the opponent +5pts Won by 2 or more TDs +2pts Won by 3 or more TDs +5pts

Additional Rules:

At the start of the tournament, each coach will be given two rings. Prior to the start of each game, each coach will choose two linemen for which you did not purchase any additional skills on their team to receive one +1 stat upgrade each. Linemen are the 0-12 or 0-16 players on your roster builds. The stat upgrades cannot be the same for both linemen (ex. You can’t give +1 ST to both but you can give +1 ST to one and +1 MA to another). Coaches should put the rings on the linemen with the stat upgrades to mark them. At the start of each game, the stat upgrades reset to zero and the coaches will once again choose two linemen to give stat upgrades. In other words, the stat upgrades do not “stack” from one game to another, but you can change the stat increase between matches if you so choose. If you don’t have an unupgraded lineman, you don’t get a ring. So keep some noobies on your roster already…

Tournament Match Ups:

The first round will be set up randomly. Swiss pairing after that No Overtimes will be played! Get your game finished!

Painting:

Paint your team. If you don’t have a painted team, ask Valdric if you can borrow one. Goldmember will.

Sportsmanship:

It’s our freaking wedding tournament. If you act like a jerk, we’re going to throw things at you.

NAF:

This is a NAF tournament. If you’re not a NAF member, bring $10 for a membership and dice.

Dress:

Casual (don’t listen to Valdric, pants are required!

Alcohol:

Available at the bar. Illinois is a no-smoking-indoors state, so you’ll have to go outside to light up…
