So my young dark elf team on the cyanide game had an interesting game the other night. Playing against lizards, and got down 0-2 early skinks dodging everywhere it was bad. So early in the game I was in SPP mode, while still attempting to score if for no other reason then it was more SPPs. I had a blitzer suffer a -ST and knew i’d be retiring him, but had several players on the verge of skills, so I was hoping that i’d come out of this game with a much stronger team. Game ended 1-3, I failed a dodge for a TD that would have made it close. But in the post game with all the completions and the TD and CAS I caused i ended up with 7 players that recieved a skill roll.
So I have to ask myself, “Self was that actually a good loss?”
What do you think?

No such thing as a ‘good’ loss but I have to agree that with all the skill increases the loss was palatable.
